ORDERING

To place an order, simply use our easy online shopping cart and checkout forms. Once we receive your order, a confirmation will be emailed to you. We also accept fax and phone orders. Please call us at 201.934.1841 or send a fax to 201.934.1782.

PAYMENT

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. For check or Money Order purchases, please contact us for instructions. If paying by check, your order will not be shipped until your check has been received and cleared.

SALES TAX

All shipments made to a New Jersey address will be charged sales tax.

For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, please add $10.00 to the standard shipping and processing charges.

For items over 10 pounds and for oversized items, the additional shipping charge is based on the size and weight and such charges are in addition to the standard delivery charge. Please call customer service for details.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please contact customer service and provide the specific location you would like us to send your order. We will contact you via email to confirm that we can ship to your location and will provide you with shipping costs. Please note that the delivery charge quoted to you may be amended at a later date for additional charges to a foreign country. Delivery transit days to the recipient will vary depending upon the destination country. Any and all duties, fees or taxes are the customer's sole responsibility.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Orders are shipped via standard ground service and usually arrive in 3-10 business days. These shipments are subject to the carrier's on-time delivery guarantees. There are certain situations where your product must be shipped as a special order. In this case, you will be notified by customer service. If father shipping or express delivery is required, please contact customer service. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER & INFO

It is our goal to provide our customers with unique products. Some products are handcrafted or made in small batches and natural variations may exist, such as slight color or appearance variations that do not in any way constitute a defect or damage.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We hope that you are completely happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to request a credit/refund/replacement, please email customer service within 15 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please be sure to note the order number and the nature of the problem. We will email shipment instructions to you.

Please note the following important items:

In order to receive a refund, merchandise must be in its original, unaltered and unused condition (free of scratches or marks, no missing parts, etc.)
Please carefully pack the item, include a copy of the packing slip and return to us via the insured carrier of your choice.
If a refund is requested, you will be credited the price of the item, plus the sales tax if applicable, minus a restocking fee of at least 10 percent.

Return within 0-60 days: receive 90% of purchase price

Return within 61-120 days: receive 75% of purchase price

Return within 121-180 days: receive 50% of purchase price

Return 181+ days: receive 0% of purchase price

Merchandise returned more than six months after the delivery date will be shipped back to you at your expense
We are sorry that all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. This includes the charges incurred as a result of shipping products back to us.
A pick-up fee may apply to returns of large and/or heavy items.
We will refund or replace the items only upon receipt.
Please allow 3-4 weeks for the processing of your return.

Damaged Shipments
For items damaged due to the shipping carrier, please contact customer service promptly. Maintain all original packaging materials intact, as inspection of the package by the carrier may be required to file a claim.

HDA takes your privacy very seriously. We will never sell, trade or share your personal information with other sources.

How Information is Used

When you request to be on our mailing list (for email or regular mail), we will collect your name, address and phone number.

When you submit an inquiry to customer service, we need your email address to respond to you; you also may provide us with various types of information to allow us to answer your question.

When you respond to a survey, we may collect your name, address, email address and phone number. We also may ask for additional information, such as your age, interests, product preferences and zip code.

We may ask satisfied customers for permission to use their comments as "testimonials" in print and internet media. If you grant us permission to use your information, we pledge to keep your personal information private.

We do send email solicitations to customers and prospective customers who provide us with their email address. These are clearly marked as solicitations and we will remove you from the mailing list upon request.
